But does publity equate to maturirty?It doesn't, in so many respects. We must protect the innocence of children, they grow up to fast these days anyway, being aware of things in the world that they shouldn't know at their age. The country has way to many cases 'kids having kids'.

AndBecause the education system is not as it used to be, and kids know about sex early in life (which I'm not saying is wrong, there were kids having kids when my grandma was a little thing), does that give an adult the right of having sex with a child?
