We make quite a lotMostly stuff like bramble wine and homemade cider, but we've made plum melomel too. You can't drink a lot of it but you don't have to - one sip is enough to feel warm and cosy inside.
By the way, I didn't reply to your kite question earlier because I had to go out into the real world for a while. I fly and teach power kiting, as in my sig.
