It makes the house smell great, very sweet.
I'm bottling about 5 gallons of bitters this weekend which shoudl be ready to drink in about 2 weeks (although I'll try it before then). I brewed a stout last weekend that I will put into secondary fermentation this wekend where I will leave it for 2 weeks then bottle it after which it will need to sit for about a month.

I ned to think of what to try next so I make sure I don't run out of beer once these two are ready to drink. I'll either do an IPA or a Porter with the addition of peated malt to give it a really smoly flavor (I love Islay whisky so it might be interesting in beer too).
