Lactose is not my friend : (I've discovered the joys of Lactofree milk and Alpro Soya yoghurt, but I can't find a nice mild cheese I like.

But there is very very little lactose in cheese, I thought?I can't tolerate milk but weirdly I can eat all other dairy as long as I don't eat a fuckton of it.
