Hi Jeff.

How long until you go on your holiday?

(, Mon 25 Apr 2011, 19:04, Reply)
Thursday lunchtime I fly out
so, not long. However I've just checked the weather forecast for where I'm going and it's pissing it down. Not happy.

You'll have a fantastic time, doing interesting stuff and being all touristy.
You'll get to enjoy coffee and people watch. That's always a highlight of any break.
(, Mon 25 Apr 2011, 19:07, Reply)
That's the plan
I can forget about stupid boys and stupid jobs and stupid stuff and just go and see new and interesting and pretty stuff.
(, Mon 25 Apr 2011, 19:10, Reply)
And if the new stuff is also stupid, it'll be stupid in a different language, so you won't know just how stupid it is.
Win!

are things better with your man friend?

(, Mon 25 Apr 2011, 18:58, Reply)
Meh
your guess is as good as mine. I can't keep up with what's going on any more.
(, Mon 25 Apr 2011, 18:59, Reply)
I'm sorry dear.

(, Mon 25 Apr 2011, 19:01, Reply)
It'll sort itself out
or it won't, and I'll be reduced to beakering on here. Again.

But thanks though.
(, Mon 25 Apr 2011, 19:02, Reply)
that's what here is for:
beakering and showing off. So either way a useful servicce
(, Mon 25 Apr 2011, 19:04, Reply)
well, at least you don't seem to be freaking out about it

(, Mon 25 Apr 2011, 19:05, Reply)
I am
but I'm so bloody weary of it that I can't be arsed to get all angsty.
(, Mon 25 Apr 2011, 19:07, Reply)
I think that's a sign, that it's not really worth it, and obviously he isn't as great as you thought he was
/outsiders perspective

I could be worrying about nothing though
it has been known for me to read stuff in to things and overcomplicate things by being paranoid. So yeah, I'm worried about why I haven't heard from him, but equally I could be worrying about nothing. Also equally, I shouldn't have to do all the fucking legwork. No doubt I will get bored of waiting for him to contact me, but at the moment I'm still playing the waiting game.

I'm saying, 'ignore the advice of both Blousie and K, and do what you want to do, even if you think it might well be the wrong thing'

(, Mon 25 Apr 2011, 19:09, Reply)
Relationships are supposed to be hard work at the end and not at the beginning.

(, Mon 25 Apr 2011, 19:11, Reply)
In theory I agree with you Blousie.

(, Mon 25 Apr 2011, 19:12, Reply)
I'm not giving her advice, I'm stating my opinion
nobody knows what is best for her, only she knows that

by what she's been saying it seems that she can't be herself around him without him getting upset and ignoring her
(, Mon 25 Apr 2011, 19:16, Reply)
Having been in relationship where I did all the hard work I would recommend forgetting about him.
It's not worth it.
(, Mon 25 Apr 2011, 19:07, Reply)
We'll see.
I do have a tendency to worry over nothing, or to believe the worst in situations like this and it's entirely possible that this is exactly what I'm doing...
But if he's still being a stroppy douche when I get back off holiday then I think it's byebye time.
