Have you seen the Life on Mars soundtrack CD, Monters?
It's all 1973. Granted, Bowie's on it by default, but there's some good stuff on it.

I have not.
Classic Rock magazine declared it the best year for rock music EVER. They made a strong case for it but I wonder if '69 or '70 might have been better.

'73 was the year that also gave us Montgomery Peregrine St John Boyce, though.
