I find the constant shit being spouted by spastic commentators
about how "Judges are making the law, not parliament" really fucking annoying.

The government brought in the Human Rights Act which includes two clauses, one about free speech, the other about privacy, between which a balance must be struck. And the only way it can be struck is by the courts BECAUSE THAT IS THE LEGAL SYSTEM WE HAVE ALWAYS FUCKING HAD.
