Currently occupying my "just one more listen" playlist
are Oxygen by Hadouken!, Higher and Higher by The Blackout and Savior by Rise Against. Yes I know that last song title is spelt incorrectly but they're American, innit.

spelling mistakes are allowed for things like that
like Dream Theater.

It's only allowed if the band is decent though
A tradition started by Led Zeppelin. Who were awesome enough to get over it despite being English enough to know better

*belms*
This was so that people knew to say it 'led' rather than 'leed'. The name was made up by Keith Moon during the initial abortive sessions that led (ho ho) to 'Beck's Bolero' (superb b-side to the terminally shit 'Hi Ho Silver Lining' 45) but got no further.

If so say so
Still spelt wrong, innit. Go on, explain Def Leppard.

I cannot explain their success.

Have you heard 'Kill Myself Immediately' by Jimmy Hill and the Chins?
You should definitely make a note of that one.

Have you heard "Too Drunk To Fuck" by the Dead Kennedys?
Good, innit

Jello Biafra's voice annoys me.

Plus the DK's were too political for my liking. That said I had no problem with Culture Shock who were hugely political.

What a contrary man I am.
