i don't know what "doing a phoebe" is
but they played a clip from the movie on the radio and i phoned in and won

i think the clip was "well i hope your babies look like monkeys"

I've never met any b3tans or attended a bash
but I reckon if you show up to such a thing you have to be prepared to make a dick of yourself. A bit like a fancy dress party.
