um, I can't think of something specifically, maybe the way they're relating things
such as her saying things are getting hard to handle and so it shows several hands that are feeding her toast, tea, doing her hair and make up and she looks fucked up
or her making a journey walking and it shows it like a 20's film that's sped up to show her walking quickly
