People that pale skin should shy away from the sun as much as possible.Spray tans are the best bet.

they make you orange and they're not as attractive as the tanning bedyou can work up to a nice base tan in about 3 weeks if you go every day
then you'd be able to spend as much time in the sun as you like without burning
