legal research before the days of the internet must have been a total chorehundreds and hundreds and hundreds of textbooks all containing the thousands of cases that take place per year.
whereas now i can find them all at the click of a button. on the downside, trying to sift through the sea of liquid shit for the one solid nugget when i need something like "break option" or "second limb of section 18" can take forever too.
