I reckon it's the melaysian ones, I love cashewnuts and I saw Rick Stine make a curry that was mostly cashewnuts so I think I would like that.Although I've not tried it.
Coconut based ones are my fave, I do a really nice thai soup using patang curry paste from marks, that's well lush.
I'm not too big of a fan of indian curry, that 'dry curry' stuff at Tayaabs was well lush though.
