They're not to bad today, I basiclly rebooted my guts over the last week, by not eating for 3-4 days and then eating very little for the next few days until stuff starts working again. The whole thing is exorsting and painful, nearly booked myself into A&E a couple of times.
But today it is soo much better so hopefully I'm over the little attack, I think maybe I ate something bad.
