I don't have much experience with additional learning needs butam really enjoying the chance to learn on the job. It can be heartbreaking in there though. Lot's of admiration for people who do it on a daily basis.

It can be really bloody tough.The last school she worked at had a special needs group, and she rarely came home without some kind of physical trauma. Bite marks, bruises, being spat at, and all for minimum wage. Not my idea of a fun time, I have to admit.
