Addresses, quickest routes, peak traffic times, people who can hardly speak, let alone speak English, irate drivers who get a string of no-pickups
Lost items, customers with no money, useless co-operators rarely turning up on time, sometimes not at all, a boss only interested in weekly rent and not building business or customer satisfaction. I kinda like my job though, shame the money's fucking diabolical and it murders my self-esteem every time I have to get out of bed for £5 an hour.

Oh yes, all of these.
And the attitudes stink a lot of the time too, people always banging on about anyone female who walks across the street, crude comments by dirty old men about what they'd like to do to them.
