Actually if I can stick up for swipey just a little*I find books with foreign names in, like Dr.Zhivago, really hard to read as I forget who is who, i think it's because the names aren't set into my brain like western English names.

I can saythat after 6 years living in England, I still have problems to remember English names when I'm introduced to people. I need to see them in written and even like that, I can barely remember how they're pronounced. I'm pretty good with names, in Spanish, but in English they are just like a chain of sounds or letters without any meaning.
