Stodgy, chewy and horrible. Brick Lane's 'Beigel Bake' are the best I've had. They don't even mind my screaming 'YOU KILLED JESUS' every time I go in there.

Queen St, the pedestrian one is mostly pound shops and crap clothes shops since they opened the new shopping centre bit between that street and the CIA.

but the new development has been done very well, and they've knocked down a horrible shitty car park and turned it into a bit of park land. Some quite cool sculpture around the place as well.

Baguettes and Bagels (or Baguettes and Bagels 2) does a good line of choose your own filling. I think one of those is on Woodville Road.
