Something I've always wondered about HootersThe employment policy. Say there's a position advertised and you get two applicants. One is pretty, great figure, dumb as fuck, no experience, will be a nightmare to train (cos the job is obviously very demanding). The other has ten years waitressing experience and various glowing recommendations on her CV, and she absolutely munts. Not someone anyone would ever want to see in skimpy clothes. Full-on Jabba.
How the fuck do you justify giving a waitressing job to the pretty one under these circumstances?
