Oh man, I know EXACTLY what you mean, I tend to fall asleep on the sofa when I get home from work, I can't even remember what happened in hollyoaks towards the end last night.
I think it might be the anemia, I have a vile of B12 stuff in my bag for next time I see the nurse. Are you getting enough iron in your diet? It's just that, for a normal functioning body, that's the thing that might help, something like Spinnage. I, too, was also, awake playing Zelda quite a bit at night, are you having trouble with the Temple Of The Ocean King? It's really anonoying me, keeping me up all night, like you.

Not remembering the plot of Hollyoaks is a good thing.
Whole bloody set should be nuked from orbit. With the actors present, preferably.
