and how you act. You have to know the guy you're going for, but I've been with different types of guys, and the right dress showing the right bits would always work.
Of course, I wouldn't be showing my nipples to someone like you, but I'd be dressing very sexy and provocative, although a bit more covered.

but usually, to make a start, the other person needs to find you phisically attractive, at least a little bit, and the right choice of clothes helps.
