I don't know, I don't think it's the attireit's the situation. Rapes are usually opportunistic and the woman is more likely to be vulnerable when walking home by herself, drunk, at 3am. Those are the factors that make her more likely to be raped, that she's wearing an easy-access dress and no pants is just icing on the rapecake.
