women are raped regardless of what they are wearing. A man who takes rohypnol with him to a club or a pub has rape on his mind, it isn't put there by seeing someone with a low cut top.
We don't tell people it's their fault that they're burgled because their house has too many nice things, or they deserved to be mugged because they were asking for it by owning phone.
