I'd buy my parents house give them half a mill,
make them promise not to give it to charity.
Then I'd stick about 80% in a hedge fund and then go off travelling round the world for a year. Basically backpacking but in 5* hotels.

Yeah', my Ma' would never have to worry about money again, she already owns her bungallow and she's made it exactly how she wants it....
... but I would maybe build into the actic a second bedroom. I would buy her a nice flat in Bornmouth and do it up nicely so she can visit family around there.

I just looked at a bunch of Posh hotels because I'm bored
they charge like $2000 a night for their best rooms and then in the description they say things like "free bottled water" or "a selection of newspapers" I fucking expect so you pricks.
