I tend to eat my lunch, then depending on whether there's anything worth reading/anyone worth talking to in the brew room, I either stay in there, or come back to my desk
Today there is no-one, so now I've dealt with the bank (and had an apology, woo!) I'm back at my desk.

Alt: Depends what the impatience is over. Someone dawdling down the middle of a supermarket aisle so you can't pass is deserving of death. However, seeing people getting impatient and kicking off at till staff, etc are all pricks.
