It doesn't say_anything_about them serving alcohol.
In fact, the website says basically fuck all other than what sort of performances they'll have.
It says they'll have over 40 vendors, but what sort of fucking vendors? It doesn't fucking say.

Phone them up and ask them outright.
Tell 'em that if you can't get fucked up on ale, you ain't coming and that the festival will be shit without you.

If they give you any grief or suggest that maybe the festival might be better without you, then hang up. Hang up - but go to it anyway.
