Broad beans?Well, to each their own I suppose. I finally discovered that cabbage can be very tasty, it just needs a good amount of cracked salt adding just before serving. I only discovered this last year.

and nutmeg dont over cook it eitherBoth are in season and roasts should have seasonal vedge in.
