I once had lamb cooked on a BBQ in a roasting bag for about 3 hoursPossibly the most tender meat I've ever eaten, absolutely amazing.

My dad does whole legs at a time; they end up really crsipy on the outside and rare, juicy and tender in the middle(

I'm going to attempt to convince the other lads to all chip in and buy a proper BBQ for our place. There's 11 of us, so with £10-15 each we could get a pretty damn good one, I reckon.Until I get one of them, I wouldn't even consider attempting something like that.
