It seems my beloved home town's getting quite a few votes!Coventry's not so bad compared to London (had to live and work there for a while *shudders at the memory*). I believe London to be like a huge infected haemorrhoid on Satan's anus. However, Melitopol in the Ukraine, is the pit into which they drained said haemorrhoid.

Ah Coventry... Much maligned and misunderstood.
It is a place of great historical significance and hidden beauty (admittedly very well hidden).
Unfortunately its reputation seems to be based entirely on the fact that it was a bit shit it the 1980s.

I would agree about the '80sFor a few years in the '80s Coventry was (statistically, population adjusted etc.) one of the top-ten most violent cities in Europe.
