I hate it when this happens, 'cos if I don't get to sleep I get all wound up and distressed and then wake up more tired than when I went to bed.

I'm considering going for a walk because it's so sunny out, although I have a sneaking suspicion that my lazy nature will win out and I'll merely sit in the sun reading.
