I think it's more about the fact that when they became public sector workers, they were promised somethingthat is now being taken away from them
Any other sector would understandably be a touch miffed about this.

But then, I generally don't know what I'm talking about, so I could be entirely wrong.

The private sector was promised state pensions too, up until a little while ago.
The cuts are economically necessary. That is just fact.

I can sympathise with having promises whisked away
But this happens in the private sector all the time. Cuts have to be made, my main problem is that too often cuts are made to the rank-and-file employees, whilst the heads often remain unaffected.

I just don't like being manipulated by the press, who seem to be demonising anybody who strikes.
And isn't it actually illegal for some public sector workers to strike? That seems grossly unfair.

Life is grossly unfair
The press can fuck off 'n' all, hateful scare-mongering cunts.

I work in the public sector
my big boss is on 370k a year, that's more than double the PM ladies and gentlemen, I bet she isn't getting a pension cut.
