taking effective painkillers before the procedure would be beneficial, as it will give you a head start on the painkilling. Sort of why they suggest taking a painkiller before you wax your legs, for example.

Because, I typically can handle the pain, but this next time they're taking all the brackets off and scraping all the glue off using THIS and putting all new brackets back on and new wires
