Must try harder, cous cous.
I also have polenta which I'm going to try soft with loads of butter and cheese, and also hard, cooled and griddled.

roasted veg is good, with lemon zest, some crispy bacon, maybe some toasted pine nuts.
polenta is a bit hit and miss. I tried to make a dessert with it by having it hard, sprinkled with icing sugar and fried then served with some ice cream and a drizzle of some kind of sweet sauce. Didn't work too well, but I think that was down to the cooking not working quite right. Would've been better deep fried.

Not thought about that. I first had it soft in a mushroom and red wine soup recipe that I made ages ago. It was fucking wonderful!
