Always the same when a new business is starting up.I seem to remember you changed jobs to start with a new bar setting up?

The place I'm in now has been open for a few years but has a new owner (who took me from my old job) and trying to get the restaurant manager to see things from a different point of view is a bit of a struggle. She's just not open to new ideas. Ho hum, it's a slow progress but hopefully we'll get there soon enough :)
