I was worried about it too.But it seems like it's sort of a one-stop shop, which cuts down on hassle. Also, it saves me £10,250 off the mortgage, and I can't argue with that...

No it's fair enoughThough it does sound to me like a bit of a conflict of interest issue for the solicitors.
