I gave up the ciggies on February 9th 2008I still have the odd cigar but my drinking can reach epic proportions. I got told to keep a diary of my drinking and I've embarrassed myself in to cutting down a lot.

That's not a bad ideaI might start doing that, I think the booze consumption is the only thing standing between me and shifting my gut.
