Ahh, shall do just that!
I'm also going to be buying a couple of things in the next few months to make cooking more interesting - A griddle, and a blender.

I couldn't live without either of them
Now, there is a great new thing that might look a bit too much, but it's great. It's a kind of roasting pan, but made with silicone, so you can cook stuff in the oven really easy, and it never gets dry or burnt. It has a little tray with holes on it, so you put all the spices and oils and stuff under it, then your chicken or fish or watever on top, cover and cook. Brilliant. And it can go straight to the dishwasher.
