I was up at eight yesterday morning, ran five miles, went to bed at midnight and was wide awake at seven am. I can't sleep for toffee at the moment. That said, going running in the morning is fantastic. I absolutely hate it whilst I'm out there but the feeling as soon as I get back is amazing. It sounds sad but seeing as I do bugger all all day it adds a sense of purpose and structure to my days. Plus the weight loss will kick in soon enough, so happy days.
