bleach water
put about 1 cup or so of bleach in a sink full of hot water, let your cups soak overnight, wash them in the morning

I thought bleach was a typical household item?
Either way, it's usually cheap, and works wonders.

if it has bleach then probably
I wouldn't recommend it though.
