Prannock is a new one on me. I like it.
I do love 'pranny' though, esp in a strong 'Aaampshire accent. As heard on 'The Troggs Argument Tape'

"Prannock" is ace.
My fave at the moment is a Yorkshire expression, "Doylem", meaning idiot. No idea of its roots.

I thought it was limited to a small area of North Yorkshire.

Nope, it's been in regular use since I were a lad and lived in Berwick.
