also: I'm in a good mood, and I've managed to get myself out of bed and into work early for the second day in a row. My new regime is working.
I've also managed a lot of good nights sleep without smoking spliffs first in the last couple of weeks.

I like blackbirds.Speaking of birds. There's a pair of crows making a nest for them to have crow-babies. Supreme Crow will have more family soon!
