If you want me to "Fix" your "Virgin Wifi" then I might be able to "help"...."you".You see, once you got access to the webadmin on the rooter, you can adjust the settings, sometimes you just need to change the channel if you're in a built up area or the linkup has gone out of sync so it needs rebooting. Could be one of many things really.

I use Virgin stuff and going to the web interface is the only way to do itTheir software is beyond turd.
