It's on the record but it doesn't countgo to all the credit rating agencies that might have a record of it and tell them that the judgment is no longer valid.

Although the cunts that tried to recover the money are legally obliged to report the judgement. It doesn't mean it is like it never happened, it does mean that it was a load of bollocks and won't be counted against you.
What Chompy said, send the judgement to Equifax and the other shitehawks.
