It's the people themselves who make these areas of London shit. The government provides them with state of the art new build schools, and teachers with Nationally approved qualifications, and yet it's still fucking shit. There's nothing wrong with the infrastructure they're living in, and they get plenty of beer tokens to get them by, and yet they're still not happy. It's all take take take man.
