Good old Foggers.
Ted Nugent and the Amboy Dukes did a cover of it first – I have to say the lyrics are abominable. It’s no ‘Caroline’ for example.

Double Live Gonzo is a superb live LP
He is a fucking brilliant guitarist - and one of the worst tossers of all time.
