Lurchers FTW.The brains of a herder with the speed and playfulness of a hound.
Mine is fab.
Also, Greyhounds spend about 14 hours a day asleep. And they're great with children.

Lurchers are clever dogsThey get bored if they're left on their own and they've got a nasty side.
My ex wife had a Lurcher when I met her and he had a scary prediliction for sheep.
Nice dog but he was badly inbred and ended up with crippling arthritis at seven - we had to lose him, sadly.

Mine is ridiculously clever.It means he gets bored quite easily. We've atarted taking him to playschool, which keeps him busy all day.
