Food and alcohol very early on. Breakfast was chicken, sticky toffee pudding, a double Hendricks, Crabbies ginger ale and a Jaegerbomb. It went downhill when I missed my coach and consequently won't get home til past 11pm. Bugger. The realisation that tomorrow is back to diet and no booze doesn't help
