I'm getting into a bit of a pattern at the moment Up early, on site at 09.30, home for 13.00, dogs out for two hours, SLEEP, put an oven meal in whilst shouting at the dullards on Pointless, type up report, bed.
That's neither good nor bad. It's adequate. But it suits me.
