No. Sadly.I might have told a slight fib when I said I beat 'em.
My back is still really really sore. But I've stopped taking pain killers.

Because I'm of the school of thought that if I kept taking the Co Codamol I'd not realise when I was aggravating things, so things would take longer to fix.
