I got a good dose of anger free from BT
I love that company, they just keep on giving.

You should move to Talk talk, they are fam,ous for their customer service

This is BT's business section.
If anything, the experience is even worse as you foolishly expect them to be a bit better when dealing with business customers.

Typically, my fight with BT has been rendered pointless
as, despite the "Help"desk denying any knowledge of a fault, somebody else inside that monolithic bastard organisation seems to have noticed and fixed it.

Drives me up the fucking wall. Left hand, right hand, no fucking idea.

Don't!
Talk talk are the worst!

The worst cunts I have ever dealt with in my life.

Oh, I had some problems with them for the internet connection
When you get the internet from BT you're not actually getting it from them, and if you call BT they'll tell you there's nothing they can do, but that there isn't a customer number for the BT fillial company that provides the internet. A month of rage there.

Hilariously, if you do get broadband from somebody else and it uses the phone lines
then when you log a fault with your provider, all they can do is log a fault with BT as they own the lines. Presumably BT then tell them that they don't have the first idea.
(, Thu 25 Aug 2011, 12:34, Reply)
I've gone through that too
and I thought, well, if I pay BT prices, I bet they'll know what the problem with their lines is. They don't.

Virgin don't use BT phonelines if you've got cable nearby.
Top tip. Well, except for the last hop from the junction box to your house.

Yeah, no cable connection on our flat
and it's rented, so we weren't allowed to put one in. Let's hope we're luckier next time.
